At Edward Meller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn footwear back into its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your parcel to any authorized post office or drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality inspection.
